Abstract
The authors obtained shat the procedure has been quite successful in 44 years old male patient who have salivary stone in the Wharton¢¥s duct. The surgical procedure to remove the sialolith was performed with usual manner and did not try reconstructive procedure specially for injured Wharton¢¥s duct following surgery. At 4 ni).-ith post operative sialogram revealed good position and restore of involved salivary duct and clinically showed excellent prognosis.
